COVID Affects While On Two AS Medications.
Yesterday I worked a 12-hour shift at the hospital. My day was spent with extensive hours in one patient's room. She was there for other conditions. Due to a procedure scheduled, she was given a COVID test. It resulted in a positive. When I let her know, she cried, "What else can go wrong"? I just gave her time, knowing, this news was compounded by her other issues. I said a prayer for her, my coworkers, and myself silently. Today I called each appointment I have scheduled for this week. Each… read more

I Have Rheumatoid Arthritis And Osteoporosis And Spodylitis And In The Last Few Days I Have
Been diagnosed with breast cancer and bone cancer. I have managed to stay strong so far, but my family are very upset, how does a person get through this? .

Hi Guys I'm In The UK I Was Diagnosed With AS In My 20's I'm 44, I Had A Blood Tests Which Show My Haemoglobin Levels Are Lower Than Normal?
Have any of you experienced this issue? Also over the past couple of years I've experienced pain and weakness in my wrists which when pushing something shoots through the back of my hands, I just can't seem to shake it and Naproxen which works for all my other joints doesn't seem to touch it.
Hope you are all doing well and for those of you in the U.S. have a great Memorial Weekend. 🇬🇧🇺🇸
I tried dry needling for my neck and shoulder pain and it helped quite a bit. My PT did it and there was no pain at all during the procedure.
Did Anybody Tried The Zero Starch Diet?
Years ago I bought the iodine, but unfortunately never followed through with it. With everything, I can get overwhelmed and not be as proactive except with a number of things....if that makes sense.

How Do You Keep Mineral Intake Adequate In Diet For Bones And Health?
I’m a chronic dieter with IBS. I can’t take vitamin and mineral pills because it nullifies my thyroid medicine. I’ve tried researching foods high in magnesium and calcium but I can’t find anything high enough. I don’t want to eat a ton of food to get minerals. They say our water here has high mineral content but it is brown so afraid to drink it.
Me too! I’m having to include more dairy but it runs my blood sugar up and gives me seborrhea but it’s better then what the supplements do to me,
