I forgot to mention that when it gets bad I put on my neck traction brace from my spine drs office for 30 minutes. I get relief for a little while with that.

If you haven't had an MRI yet, don't Panic over the results. It sounds scary, but according to a 50 yr retired Radiologist I spoke with last night in casual conversation, herniated discs, stenosis, bone spurs across the discs and on all the facet joints is normal over 50. Even reverse curve of the C-spine is not a big deal according to him.🤷‍♀️
