I do until I get to moving. I just chalk it up as getting old.
I have burning down the back of my legs -especially the right one. The pain is horrible and I walk a little the I sit. The pain continues until I can get it stretched . I am using my back brace now. I am looking into getting an appointment with a rheumatologist. This has been ongoing for almost a month.
