Lots of fish and chicken. On occasion, red meat. Cardiac issues are hereditary in my family. Kidney issues, but when one has three functioning, it is a no-brainer.

My family doctor has been telling me that too because I have stomach issues. I also have celiac disease, but I follow a strict gluten-free diet.
