Every day its a challenge!! Just getting up in the morning is a battle!! First thing take pain killers! Let them kick in, try to get dressed! Finally dressed sit down! 😌 wait then try to make coffee and breakfast. Wait until I can manage to get shoes or boots on then hopefully go out, meet my daughter who helps me with shopping etc, take more pills, make sure everything done before going home, as once back indoors I'm done! Try not to sit too long, take more pills try to sort easy meal for dinner! Once sat on sofa that's it till take more pills to go to bed! And following day repeat.... talk about groundhog day..... 😳

I have read of the difference, Irish shows inflammation on x Ray, osis does not. Similar in that both are the result of lack of smoothness in the joint or end of bones and both cause varying discomfort, not because of the inflammation as much as the nerve endings being irritated. The itis can be treated with biologics and TNF meds, while osis cannot. The itis concludes the body is turning on itself ( autoimmune)due to the nerve irritation, the osis concludes the body is not turning on itself. At the end of the day, both cause the same symptoms.

I also in my cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. I've had a cervical and lumbar fusions. February 2024 will be 2 yrs lumbar fusion. I tell you the Truth. I'm EXHAUSTED and the Pain is PERSISTENT continuing to get more severe as each day passes. I'm depressed and isolated. I can't keep up any more. 22 yrs as a nursing assistant lifting grown adults men and women twice my size some. Group homes same thing. 1999-2021 my body has failed me. I cry oh I cry a lot. I've cared for my grand and great grandparents as a little girl and a teenager. Became a CNA because I love helping and caring for others.nursing has been my life. But on 2021-2022 5 surgeries. Hysterectomy, 3 hand surgeries cervical and lumbar fusions. 2023 lost all my teeth removed. I woke up 1 morning, I couldn't talk, I couldn't comprehend anything. I wasn't able to write. Then the severe migraines came, then I stopped eating 4 months surving on Boost drinks and water. Was hospitalized 4 times from 4/2023-9/23. This spondylosis, degenerative disease or Osteopenia and osteoarthritis. I read about most people don't have symptoms well all of these diagnosis which 3 have the same meaning. But this issue is crippling, stiffness, disabling and mentally..so yes I'm a witness that it does get worse.

I have spondylitis, spondylosis, spondolithosis, degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. I am going to ask for another MRI since I have had one since 2015. I don't know what has happened but now I am in constant pain, burning, pulsing, aches, numbness, stabbing. And besides that if something touches a sensitive places then there go the nerve endings. All this is my shoulder, neck, back, butt, hips, knees, and feet.

If I was a horse they would shoot me!!! Now all I can ask for is prayers.
God bless each and every one of you.
