Sorry to hear about ur headaches but it also could be weather related as for ur sinuses go to a ent dr & have the hook u up to a machine that will drain ur sinuses out and u won't have any more sinus problems I did 15yrs ago no problems whatsoever with my sinuses everything else hurts lol.

I get headaches daily. By bedtime it’s all I can do to cope. I think it’s due to my neck. I’ve got bulging discs every vertebrae and bridging bone spurs.

I get severe migraines but haven't had any since going on Ajovy which is a biologic and injectable once a month but well worth it.

solved alot of migraines with diet changes and added magneusim supplements daily cut out preservatives and processed foods
