Yes @A MySpondylitisTeam Member. I've recently been flagged for hemochromatosis and have been advised to donate blood regularly to lower iron/ferritin. It's a new one for me and not driven by diet or supplements. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Well, high iron content is on my dad's side, but I don't seem to have it.my shoulders and neck have been giving me trouble.
