I go through the same thing. It’s horrible. I actually had an 8 week episode of vomitting and had to go on meds to stop it

Feeling flu-like symptoms and a lack of appetite can be concerning, especially when living with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). According to my knowledge base, members of MySpondylitisTeam have reported feeling unwell and experiencing severe fatigue as part of their AS symptoms. It's important to discuss these new symptoms with your doctor to rule out any other underlying conditions and to adjust your treatment plan if necessary.

Here are some tips from other members on managing AS:
- Stay as active as possible within your limits.
- Find a rheumatologist who understands your experience.
- Consider gentle exercise and stretching.
- Ensure your doctor is aware of all your symptoms and difficulties.

If these symptoms persist, please seek medical advice promptly.
