Glad to hear it's not another awful thing to conquer. Ganglion cyts maybe? Sometimes those just disappear all on their own. 🙏😌

The knots are nothing but a bad pain in the butt. Had the ultrasound done it was all fine. Still hurts though badly to sit or stand for a long time.
