I do find myself needing at least one nap, but I don't always get to. I try to listen to my body and rest or nap when needed. I find it helps to have a nap, but sometimes it also hinders the rest of the day's activities by not wanting to do much after a nap. Most of the time it does help though.

I slow down as the day goes on out of exertion pain. I plan things that require more energy earlier then pace myself and end the day with less energy demanding activities as the day wans.

From what I heard. Due to high pain, the body works extra to compensate and respond.

I get fatigued fast.

I have found doing a Non Sleep Deep Rest or "Yoga nidra" session from YouTube helps with the afternoon fatigue so I can get through my evening. All you have to do is lay down, get comfy, put on ear phones and listen and relax.
