My husband has them a lot. I got rid of his pillow. I buy a dust mite zippered cover and buy a fluffy pillow and cut it open and put the amount of stuffing that feels right into the zippered cover. I usually don’t put very much stuffing so that the pillow can be squished into any shape. Then when I sleep I stuff most of the fluff between the shoulders and head into the neck as I sleep on my side. Now I don’t have neck pain anymore. But my neck is so bad i get numbness and tingling in certain positions. We had tried all kinds of pillows and they all put pressure on our spinal and shoulder joints. This solved the problem and is versatile. I use a standard pillow case and use 2/3 to a half of the fluff of a new pillow. My husband prefers two whole intact standard pillows inside a zippered king size pillow case. Nevertheless it’s custom made so to speak.

I take 15 mg mobic, Flexeril, and Norco and I use a cervical pillow
