I'm on the transfusion after the embrell shots didn't work. Seems to be helping but I still have excruciating flare ups.

I've been on Remicade for quite awhile. It helps my Rheumatoid Arthritis but I haven't noticed much relief for the AS. Doctor is increasing dosage at next infusion in 8 weeks.

I am currently on Remicade. At first, it worked great, but then my body got used to the dosage. They increased my dosage, and I had an allergic reaction immediately. They stopped my drip, gave me Tylenol and Benadryl, and put my drip on slow. It took 3 hrs, but It worked. So, before each treatment, I take Benadryl before my appointment, and I have finally had no reactions. I go every four weeks for the infusion. I just had my treatment this Tuesday, and it took only 1.5hrs all and all.

Does anyone have both AS and Spondylosis? My doctor just informed me that I have both.
