Try fucoxanthin for weight loss. It burns adipose fat, stabilizes blood sugar, cleanses the kidneys, protects the liver, and reduces inflammation according to scientific studies and tests published at National Library of Medicine on National Institute of Health.gov. I've been taking it for 6 months with good results in pain reduction. It has helped me stabilize my weight, I'm not trying to lose, don't need to, but I do feel my body temperature rise briefly a couple hours after I take one. I believe this is the burning of the fat my body is trying to put on as a result of my reduction in activity levels. I was starting to gain, started taking this supplement with Omega-3 and Astaxanthin too and my weight went back down to prior stabilized ideal level.😌🙏

I'm using Zepbound and I've lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks. My goal is 30 lbs. However I don't feel like I've lost size yet, more like just water from fewer carbs. I hope to get better with my diet and exercise going forward.
