Hi, I have lost an inch over this past year. I am not exactly tall but I do worry about these types of symptoms.

I have lost 2 1/2” in height. It magically does not take 10 lbs away and I am getting quite square in middle.

I was always 5'6" and now I am just under 5'4" and I have osteoporosis that comes with my AS. My neck pain is quite painful but I have learned about the Vagus Nerve & I bought a sparker & I hit where it is sore & it helps the pain. I learned it from Cheryl Townsley of Lifestyle for Health.

Thanx for the info Laurence, I already know that tho! I've been dealing with this since before 1989. I dn't have Osteoporosis, glad to say!! I am careful of my weight, as any extra wld compromise my lungs. I've learned to live with this pretty well & try to keep a positive outlook!!! Somedays are harder than others.
