A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I don't feel like I'm going to have a heart attack, but which Dr should I talk to? Primary, pain management, or see a cardiologist? I'd appreciate some feedback on what I should do.

I have that same problem. I talk to my PCP so that it's noted in my medical records, and she gave me a referral to see a cardiologist. Since some of my symptoms were those of heart disease.
You should seek medical advice on this issue.
Please if symptoms gets worse GO STRAIGHT TO YOUR EMERGENCY ROOM. Don't play around with it. What we make think a heart attack looks like isn't all way true.
Keep us posted please. Peace and love my friend.

Tamcolem, that's what I think it is because I don't have heart pain or papiltations. It's something that just started, so I'm checking with pain management first. Thank you

Definitely check with your doctor for any pain that effects your chest. It could be the muscles of your ribs tightening but I'd still get a doctors opinion.
