I stretch for 15 min first thing in the morning every day. Then I walk on the treadmill for 30 min. at a slow pace to lubricate my joints. (I'm a dental assistant and sit hunched over or leaning to the side all day) At lunch I walk another 40 min.(i have an hr lunch) I use an infrared belt in the evenings when my back and hips bother. I see a chiropractor twice a month and the other two weeks I see a massage therapist. I do the inversion table every day. I also invested in a hot tub. I even went as far as getting a breast reduction to help with pain in my back and neck. I sometimes use heating pads at night when I sleep. I try to eat an anti inflammatory diet. I also have seen an acupuncturist. I try to educate/advocate for myself. I read books every night on the topic. It can be exhausting and overwhelming at times, but I just keep moving.

Oh dear!!
That's a lot to keep yourself going!
Thanks for good advice...I definitely need to incorporate more exercise into my day.
My stomach does not like anti inflamatory meds so I'm basically stuck with panadol and lyrica if things get worse
