The Tylenol Arthritis helps me. Just takes the edge off a little bit. The nsaids are better for inflammation, though.

I take paracetamol sometimes so i think it works especially on a bad day.

tylenol will block the pain to some extent but a NSAID will reduce the inflammation and therefore treat the pain. I use the former when having a bad day or know that i will be busy such as high activity.

For some reason, Tylenol doesn't work as well as acetaminophen for me, even though they are supposed to be the same thing. The latter helps with deep bone pain and takes the edge off a little bit. The best nsaid that works for me is nabumetone for inflammation, gabapentin, cyclobenzaprine, and injections. Still trying to avoid back surgery.

Tylenol alone doesn't help me. However, you might be incredibly helped, like a friend of mine is.
