You Ever Just Feel Like Your Body Is Lacking And Craving Something?

Last night I just felt like my body was lacking something, like I needed some fruit.Went to store and loaded up on fruit.Had some and instantly I felt better🤔

Yes, my body has craved iceberg lettuce ever since a major stomach bleed out from an as then undiagnosed duodenal ulcer in 2014. I also crave fruit, bananas, grapes, dates and peaches. Oddness!

just stay away from the juice that has all the sugars in it, make sure it is naturally sweetened fruit juice.

Yes I do get cravings for fruits or juices and yes it is our body's telling us we need more vitamins and minerals in our diets..mine wants or likes orange juice and sometimes I feel like I could the whole container.

Your body can talk to you about it’s needs. Like a toddler picking what it wants, in most cases the correct formula for what it requires to survive.

Any woman who has been pregnant knows that you crave certain foods and usually it's because your body needs something that is in that particular food. It's a good idea to listen to your body and give it what it needs at that time. At least it's healthy stuff you are craving and not cakes, I'm on a diet and cutting out the cakes, but oh how I miss them lol x
