What Do You Do About Your Fatigue?

A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Abercrombie, ND

How do you describe your fatigue? Tiredness? No energy? I feel like I need a new and improved battery. And I feel like nobody understands the debilitating level of fatigue.

I nap and try to keep daily tasks down to a minimum.

We would all rather have energy than fatigue. But when fatigue worsens I pamper myself and rest as best I can.

I feel weighted down and brain fog hard to breathe

I describe it as over whelming heaviness in my arms and legs.
Also, lack of motivation and no energy!
Everything is more of a challenge to me than other “normal” people.
I often described it as when you have a cold or the flu.
Just never ending brain fog like you haven’t slept in days or weeks.
😩😴
