What Do You Guys Do When Your Body Is Having A Flare Up Because You Are Changing The Medication You Were On To A New One?
I am so uncomfortable and the fatigue is rough.
I focus on knowing that it will pass and better days are ahead. Yet, having AS for +50 years has not been a joy, but being active and positive has always helped me (both on goods and and bad days).
I Hope the flare passes quickly and you can get back to what people call normal - our normal is forever changing.
