Anyone Have Issues With Sore, Dry Lips, Mouth And Tongue?
I am having issues with extremely dry mouth and tongue. I have issues talking, my mouth sicks together. I wake up and my tongue is stuck to my teeth and leaves a sore. Also, my tongue has cracks. I'm don't know why. I have tried lozenges for dry mouth, hard candy and drinking a lot of water. Any other suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.
I never thought of a humidifier! I'll try it. I also keep a drink at my bedside which helps a little. Thanks for the suggestion! I very much appreciate it. Hugs!

Maybe try a humidifier close to you at night. I've had some issues with this my throat will be extremely dry. I always keep a drink at bedside
