Yes!!! It’s worse in my left shoulder.

Yes, many people with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) experience shoulder pain. About 33 percent of people with AS have inflammation in the hips or shoulders. Shoulder pain can start early in certain forms of AS and may progress over time. It can be mild but still interfere with quality of life. Some people also develop shoulder pain due to adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) or enthesitis (inflammation where tendons or ligaments attach to bone).

Absolutely yes! For me it comes from my neck and runs into left shoulder and between shoulder blades.
It is very painful and annoying. I use a lot of arthritis cream.
