Yesss!!! From the dull and constant to the nagging to the sharp debilitating wanna beat my head onto wall just to put myself out to get 2 hours of solid good sleep.
Flare ups are brutal, th cold hurts, but I have found with my RA and DISH arthritis that any extreme weather can cause terrible joint pain and flare ups.
One of the worst for me was a few years ago during a rare (for my area) extreme heat wave with high humidity yet no precipitation. That’s when my doc til me that extremes in either direction can cause me trouble an pain.

Agreed weather (barometer) change in either direction can cause a flare for me. Don't give me a scientific explanation that this isn't true. I've had AS for 61 years and it's a fact.

The recent cold temperatures here in Ohio has made it worst. Hope you have a better day tomorrow me as well.

Yes...throbbing pain, cervical to Lumbar. I just lay down and try to get a little heat on it.
