I used to not mind walking a lot but I hate all those crunches, leg raises etc. At therapy I don’t mind it. But hard to keep doing them at home. Can’t do the gym because I always catch staph there. Even if I sanitize the equipment the weight plates are slimed with germs. Even the pool causes me infections. I can go out in public and touch public restroom and never pick up anything.
