Question...I saw this asked 2 years ago by someone but didn't see many answers. My inflammation markers are negative and HLAB27 is +. I have (in 4 years) developed severe joint facet arthropathy in my lumbar spine and also have SI degeneration. I know this has all happened in 4 years because in 2018 my MRI lumbar was as close to normal as you can get. I have severe stiffness in lower back, following 3 and a half decades of hyper mobility. I have been having pain in my shins towards the outside and close to my knees. It sounds like shin splints, but I am not a runner. My guess it's one more site of enthesitis, but I'm just wondering if anyone else gets this.
