Have you tried “2” extra strength Tylenol (500mg) AND 600mg Ibuprofen together? Or the Tylenol & Advil together? I was told by my PCP that is equivalent to taking a narcotic, but without the side effects. DOES work!! Tylenol is for pain & ibuprofen is for inflammation. Maybe it’ll help…?

I go to pain management. They have a variety of treatment options, depending on what they think will work for your symptoms or diagnoses. They actually were the ones to suggest a rheumatologist, that led to my AS Diagnoses.
