Has Anyone Ever Tried A Hard Board In Bed Or Roll Out Wooden Bamboo Mattress Topper?

A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I frequently wake with pain in the night and end up on the floor to try and stretch out, I was wondering if anyone had tried a hard topper in bed. During winter the sleeping on the floor option is frankly a bit too cold!
I have axial spon and am on yuflyma
Thank you for any ideas!
