@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. The most definitive symptom improvement for me was the addition of a high protein smoothie with 6-7 fresh or frozen produce servings in a vade of coconut milk based low fat yogurt. If you cant find my recipe on my home wall\page under the updates tab let me know if you want the exact ingredients. Hands down it's my number one must have for feeling better. I have it almost every day. Added to that i have noticed a significant improvement in my average daily pain by adding the following herbals in supplements. Curcumin with andrographis; Omega-3 with fucoxanthin and astaxanthin; Probiotic multi with prebiotics and Lactobacillus Helveticus specifically in the mix; Glucosamine with boswellia (aka frankincense); once weekly blend of senolytics; and HMB. I mention all of these in prior posts under updates. Let me know if you can't find them and want to know where i get mine from. Twice this year i had to quit taking them in preparation for a procedure and boy do i feel the hammer drop when i do. That pain and crushing fatigue comes roaring back. Keep in mind that most antioxidants have blood thinning characteristics. If you take blood thinners talk to your dr about it. My Rheumi knows ive gone this route so she just keeps me supplied with prednisone for flares or occasional travel. She owns a drip parlour for vitamin infusions on the side. They cant prescribe or talk much about supplements in their medical practice since the FDA doesn't regulate supplements. But a Rheumatologist who runs a vitamin infusion business on the side says a whole lot to me. 😏

I don't know if this will help but some companies mainly the company of whatever medicine you're taking or want to take have a low income help that would either reduce the price or pay for it for a certain period, which you would have to renew the application again. You can discuss this with your doctor or call the company directly I think the doctor can handle it and take care of the funding for you in some regard whether it be free or reduced rate. I'm not sure if all companies have that but I know that's a possibility for some things. I hope this helps

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. I dropped biologics a year ago for other reasons. They didn't help and made my oveall condition much worse, liver and kidney function among other problems. I have found much better pain relief, healed organs, all bloodwork perfect with a few antioxidant supplements that act against the same inflammatory cytokines that most biologics do, according to published research at National Institute of Health. 😌🙏
