I have the lower back pain. If any touches my lower back it is a real issue.

It common in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.

The condition started (for me) in the lower back in the sacroiliac joints and moves outward to hips and to spin.

A good portion of my back hurts.
So the arthritis definitely advanced to L5-L4.
