When sleeping I was told by my physiotherapist that your shoulders should always be touching the bed not the pillow.

Well I use a fluffy down-feather bed topper.

It feels like laying on a cloud.

I get neck and back pain on the daily.

For me, this helps a lot.

Im pretty sure this is the one i have. Very helpful. I still keep a softer thin regular pillow for when my neck pain needs a softer touch. My contoured pillow is too firm for high pain nights. Otherwise i love it and use it regularly.
