Tried it. Doesn't help. Only proper diet helps. I stay on FODMAP diet and it works perfectly. I cheat that diet, hell in the gut to pay.

Never tried but would be good to know I’ve suffered with diarrhoea since November last year, not a nice topic it’s a bit shit πŸ’©πŸ’©πŸ’©
