I have AS and no insurance/got laid off. Unable to get my Humira injections now so have to try some holistic remedies :(

Diet and good Gut microbiota helps.
Having bad Gut microbiota can cause extra pain and discomfort.
Foods like yogurt are beneficial.
Don't abuse nsaid's, but naproxen helped me a lot.
