I have used a product called DGL (licorice - chewable) it was referred by naturopathic doc, works good for nausea & inflammation (tames the tummy acid). Nice little treat for you taste buds if you like licorice too. 😉 Peppermint tea is also good.

I found ginger chews to be very helpful with nausea. I keep the individually wrapped ones in little jars all around my house as well as in my purse. They work fast. Once I determined what foods to avoid, the problem significantly decreased. Now it rarely happens. Many foods trigger inflammation and it begins, understandably, in the gut.
