I have been diagnosed years ago with spondylosis. I am on a wait list for a chronic pain clinic. I am going for physiotherapy twice a week and going for chiropractic treatments once a week. It does not seem to be helping.

-osis is were and tear, aka osteoarthritis. -itis is disease, autoimmune caused.
