Has Anyone Gotten A Diagnosis Of AS Without Having Inflammation Or Fusion In The Sacroiliac Joint?
I've had a fusion in my neck done due to a vertebra being damaged and pushing into the spinal column. This doctor diagnosed with AS but there have been issues with the rheumatologist. Any help on the question would be greatly appreciated.
I appreciate the input and have done the majority of what you have suggested. I haven't had any luck with pursing issues based on my perspective or getting input/help from a doctor. Now I am just looking for information or people who might have similar situations. Thank you
Find a new Rheumstologist if you're wanting a specific biologic or medical treatment that the current one won't get you. That said, there are many uncertainties with biologics which is just a "try and throw darts in the dark" experiment. Before doing something like searching out a new dr, maybe first search out what makes most sense to you to try. Then find a dr that utilizes that approach by asking around in your area and also online research, even here. What exactly do you want to do? What have you considered? What do you already know? Sometimes you don't know how to best treat simply due to lack of knowledge/guidance from drs and otherwise. Sorry, no cut and dry fast simple solutions with this one and everything that goes with it.ππ
