Is Spondylitis an Autoimmune Disease? Read Article...
A MySpondylitisTeam Member

Absolutely you can lead a full life. I have had Spondylitis for 24 years. This disease has not stopped me. Because I don’t let it. There are some things I know I cannot do but I manage to find other ways to do things. I do not dwell on my problems, I put them in the back of my mind, including the pain and I move on. I have a back brace if needed. If I know I am going to do lots of walking I use a lidocaine patch and it works wonders.
