Can You Live A Full Life With Spondylitis?
Absolutely you can lead a full life. I have had Spondylitis for 24 years. This disease has not stopped me. Because I donβt let it. There are some things I know I cannot do but I manage to find other ways to do things. I do not dwell on my problems, I put them in the back of my mind, including the pain and I move on. I have a back brace if needed. If I know I am going to do lots of walking I use a lidocaine patch and it works wonders.
I Was Just Told I Do Not Have Spondylitis But Spondylosis. Does Anyone Have Any Information On This?
