Me too, Marjean - mine has always been so bad,I had a full spine fusion, only 3 vertebrae at the end are not fused - being in the pool helps me more than anything,I used to go to a Water therapy class & we had a pool then but sold that house.
Just walking in the water helped so much, I have a new, surprising very serious issue, didnโ€™t have a clue I had yet another issue & donโ€™t know what can be done but when that is dealt with , have had water therapy on my mind.
That Scoliosis, grrrr, best thoughts to everyone dealing with it , Susan ( sending good thoughts)

Hello everyone, I've been dealing with anklelosing spondylosis, cervical disc disease and advanced degenerative disease for 23 years that's affecting my whole body. I have been dealing with pain and discomfort this far. I have taken all kinds of therapies and medicines. Some of it kind of eases the pain but nothing makes it go away. Everyday is a challenge. I have kind of learned to manage it to a certain point, but it gets very very intense at times. All I want to do is just to lay down and sometimes that don't even work. Not getting much sleep day or night tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. Always feeling fatigued because of not sleeping well because of the pain. I pray that all of you can learn to deal with the pain because it is an ongoing thing. Just have to recognize what helps the pain and what causes it to be worse in order to deal with it. I wish you all well.
