Has Any One Have Pain For Over A Month?

I have had extrusiating pain that I can't 😴 sleep or consatrate or just enjoying life. My Rumotolgist did give me a medication that it's stronger than regular prednisone. WOW I can't 😴 sleep. This has lasted over a month and it was just getting worse. I don't see my Rumotolgist until 18th September to that's far away
My blood work shows that I'm in a flare ouch, ouch, ouch

I’m having severe pain flair for last 4 months. Beginning to get some relieve but only after spinal injection and a ton of muscle relaxers. Was in wheel chair 3.8 months unable to walk. Can finally walk a little bit but not much as of 4 days ago. Spine Surgeon NP said my spinal stenosis was a small part of it but that it wasn’t responsible for the pain and weakness in both legs. I asked could they investigate the pelvic area and hips and he said since this was a spine surgical office that they don’t address other symptoms. So they didn’t do anything at all for me and dismissed me, I pitched a fit and said I needed a neurological test to see where the problem is coming from because something is bad wrong if for 4 months I couldn’t get out of a wheel chair so they are supposed to set me up with a neurologist referral. I’m so upset because they are compartmentalizing my body parts and not viewing me as whole person when the spine, sacral joint, hips all are connected and work together and can affect nerves. He would t even discuss what could be possible causes nor what I should do next.
