Can’t sleep. Everything hurts. Wish I could wrap myself in bubblewrap.

We have a Sleep Number bed that has been great for the past 7 yrs. It was an investment but we gave it a high priority due to my health issues. At the time, they allowed you to pay off without interest over a 2 yr period. I think we paid $100 a month to pay off in 2 yrs. It’s great! I can adjust the firmness depending how my body feels on a particular day without bothering my husband - he is his own control on firmness. I did recently add a latex topper to it which kind of made it brand new again. We will definitely buy one again when it’s time but would add the feature that allows you to adjust the incline.

I hope this helps you decide the type of bed for you 🤗

Here are some suggestions for mattresses based on experiences shared by members of MySpondylitisTeam:

- Research and Trial Periods: One member mentioned that after doing extensive research and buying a new bed, they experienced significant improvement in sleep quality, sleeping seven to eight hours a night with minimal pain upon waking. Many mattress companies offer trial periods, allowing you to get a refund and try another mattress if one doesn’t work for you.

- Memory Foam Mattress: Another member highlighted the importance of a quality mattress and pillow, specifically mentioning that they could not do without their memory foam mattress and pillow.

Remember, it may take a few tries to find the right mattress for you.
