This sounds like psoriasis arthritis? I have those on arms and now legs. Maybe see a rheumatologist because that’s how I found out and have had these systems for years and scars from picking them.

Hi Kelli, have you been diagnosed? My PCP gave me a prescription for an ointment for my skin but said it would take many months if it’s going to help. five months and nothing yet. Spots are small with scabs that I tend to scratch off. So far only two spots on my leg right above the knee have grown to about size of a dime and are color of a raspberry with a white cap on top. They do not itch, burn or cause me any discomfort. Hope you soon find relief!

I think psoriasis also . I noticed little dots. I can even see them. But they are scab like I can't teach there anymore. So I knew it wasn't me scratching.
I also have a problem with ears and nose. Cartridge sores
At this moment I can not hear out of my right ear. Accompanied by. lock jaw . and tooth loss Bite is off by 1/2 inch. About 7 yrs this crop had been teaching me I'm very vulnerable
