Yes, I get this as well as other itching and skin lesions that I have tried everything. The best stuff I have used is 4% lidocaine or boil cream available at Walgreens and Emu-Aid ointment.

I'm not sure if it's related but when I went through chemotherapy and radiation and my oncologist doctor told me that that could happen because of neuropathy in my feet

I have the same problem. It has recently started in my lower legs too.
Sorry to say I have no answers. My cousin has this issue and says rubbing lotion on the itchy areas helps to calm the nerves. She also takes low dose Valium when it gets really bad. I'm not a fan of Valium but it sure beats the itching. That is unbearable at times.
When it was just my feet I tried soaking them in Epsom salt water. Some relief but I began pruning and couldn't keep doing it.
I hope you find relief. If you do please share it with us.
Wishing you a low or no pain day.

I have itching & something that feels like a shock on all different parts of my feet. The Dr said it is neuropathy from diabetes but my A1C has been going down for over 6 months. When the # started dropping the itching & shocks began.
