Itchy Feet
For the last 8 months or so i have had this strange itching on my feet one day it might be the top of my right foot the next day it might be the side of my left foot its very random spots on my feet the itching is extreme last a few hours then its gone it happens everyday does anyone else experience this? Could it be related to AS?

How Do You Keep Mineral Intake Adequate In Diet For Bones And Health?
I’m a chronic dieter with IBS. I can’t take vitamin and mineral pills because it nullifies my thyroid medicine. I’ve tried researching foods high in magnesium and calcium but I can’t find anything high enough. I don’t want to eat a ton of food to get minerals. They say our water here has high mineral content but it is brown so afraid to drink it.
