Extreme Fatigue, Lethargy, Weakness, And Pain. Is There Anything Anyone Uses To Help With This Besides The Usual Exercise And Diet,ibphofen.

So very tired, weak, heavy, all over my body. Cervical to lumbar pain & heavyness. Arm and leg pain and heaviness. Almost impossible to do much until later in the day. Not much if any help most of the time.

I'm OK after I'm up for about an hour and a half and the Tylenol kicks in. I have to do anything requiring any energy before noon.
