Im so sorry the other one didnt work out Tony. Good drs are hard to find. So much competition and demand from patients. It might get easier for you soon, depending on your health policy. I read this morning that it's about to get harder again for some, depending on policies carried. In the meantime, i encourage you to looking into what more you might be able to do for yourself, depending on what youve already been doing. Im just one to always tell myself there is something more that i can do. I find looking up my symptoms and researching alternative treatments that i might not have tried but still might be able to. I often say to myself, "I dont know what i cannot do until i try." Yesterday i honestly believed that getting on my elliptical for one mile would break my hips or ankles for sure. But i tried, survived, and still walking, a bit painfully, but not agony, just the kind of pain that comes from too long lack of use. A few years ago i started researching the National Institute of Health for anti inflammatory antioxidants when the Biologics started attacking my liver and kidneys. Yesterday i finally made it without agony through the entire day without needing so much as acetaminophen. I guess im just trying to suggest that you need not wait for a dr to begin treating yourself. Maybe, just maybe, by the time you finally find a dr worth their salt youll already begin to feel better. Do you have anything to lose by trying to eat more healthily and going for a walk? Im not assuming you dont already do these things. I myself kept applauding my dietary improvement ,until i was informed of a spotty brain. How to approach that? Done with refined sugar thats how. Ouch! 😒Well, maybe, it IS a bit cold out. Wear winter boots with good traction. Or go to a mall and walk indoors. Surely theres something? 🙏☺️
