Does Anyone Have Baddddd! Leg Cramps At Night?
Thank you
@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. I used to until i started eating a banana (preferably on the green side) a day. That was an easy solve for me. My mom swears by an extra magnesium supplement, woefully lacking in most adults in the US.
Thank you
i sometimes get it, eating a banana during the day has helped, dont eat it at night, far too much sugar, but the potassium has been helpful in keep it at bay. if i start to get cramps again, i introduce a banana a day for a while. that works for me anyways
Leg cramps at night can be a common issue for people with spondylitis, often linked to inflammation, stiffness, or nerve involvement. Stretching before bed, staying hydrated, and ensuring proper electrolyte balance may help. If cramps persist, consult your doctor to rule out other causes or adjust your treatment.
