I use a tens-unit on my back and my feet for relief and take NSAIDS

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. Hi Rw, the other day i noticed a YouTube attachment from a member to BarbieLux, a member on my team. It is a 3 minute easy to do neck "exercise" that i have done both sitting and lying wirh great efficacy. You can tap my icon to get to my wall, then tap "teammates" to find BarbieLux, then tap her icon and go to her "updates" tab to find that posted YouTube clip for an exercise by Stanley Rosenberg. Ive tried it, it's amazing. Yours in better health, P 😌🙏

Liz, The stretching helps sometimes. If I turn my neck too much, it is like 1000 needles stabbing me. I apply pressure for that and just wait it out.
