I get psoriatic symptoms on my hands, forehead and cheeks because I have AS and osteoarthritis. My rheumatologist just prescribed me a cream for it and told me to wear silk or cotton gloves. He says it’s a symptom of my AS. I am on a biologic and he said it should help with flair ups.

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. @A MySpondylitisTeam Member. Wow. Drs. 😑🙄.

Palmar Plantar Psoriasis.

Check out the sister forum, mypsoriasisteam and you will see loads of pictures from other sufferers of this one. I had an outbreak of it several years ago and remedied it completely naturally. Many drs, including Rheumatologists, are not familiar with the lesser known sub category of....

Psoriatic Spondylitis

Im not in the medical community in any capacity other than as a patient, a very deeply researching patient, but still just a patient. I just wanted to put that out there. A few patients on this site have brought Palmar Plantar up wondering what it is. I will look for my old post where i detail my remedy and re-post it. Stay on the lookout. Like i said, there are better ways without drugs and I have kept mine clear for 9 or 10 years now. It can show up on your feet too. Hang in there, relief is on the way.... Ask me about it anytime, keep a lookout for my post how to clear it permanently.. yours in better health, P 😌🙏

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. I posted my remedy 3 days ago. You can find it on my wall under the updates tab. I titled it "Sores on Hands and Feet, Palmar Plantar Psoriasis". I had it on the perimeter of my face too, forehead, eyebrows, nose, and behind ears. Ive been applying a thin layer of Emuaid Max, an all natural balm in consistency similar to vaseline but free of any petroleum jelly in it, something that should never go on skin. Look it up on Google then also google search what each ingredient does. Thats what i did and still do for every product that touches my skin from soap to makeup. Know what you expise yourself to. Dont count on the ads or anyone else. You are an individual with unique needs. It's expensive, but not nearly as much as $380 and it lasts about 4 months. I apply it every day, twice a day, after serum and moisturizer in morning, but before sunscreen. Every night after moisturizer. After allowing time for ingredients to soak in awhile if i feel like it's too much i gently lay a kleenex over my face and gently press to absorb excess without completely wiping off. Leave as much on as you want. My skin has never looked better and im pushing 60. Theres a lot more that i do from nutrition to pillow, but this post is just for the best topical care to beat psoriasis and other skin problems homeopathically. Reach out anytime Lana for more details or other skincare tips. Yours in better health, P😌🙏

So far mine seems to stay contained to my forehead, head and hands for the most part. I’d love it you have info. I refused the prescription because it was $380 and not covered. Plus I refuse to pay that for a cream! Crazy
