Sounds like Dupuytren's Contracture in your hands. There are hand exercises you can do to avoid surgery. When standing, focus on keeping your knees slightly bent to keep them from locking. Locked knees while standing still impedes blood flow to the brain and will cause you to pass out. Military members are taught that so they dont hit the ground out cold while standing in formation, Imagine that, a bunch of soldiers all sprawled out in a formation drill. 😴😆
