@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. I have full body involvement and do the following with efficacy to remain mobile:
1) Daily gentle joint rotations, stretching, and strength training of all muscles around each joint to support them. i.e. daily ohysical therapy.
2) heated blankets or pads for flared joints
3) long soaking bath in tub filled high as possible for weight support and half a bag (anout 3/4 cups) epsom salts
4) topical canna cream. I see youre in CO, Nordic Goddess is an excellent one that i used when skiing there about 5 years ago. I bought it at Green Dragon dispensary
5) antioxidant supplements that i read on National Institute of Health that act naturally against many inflammatory molecules -
curcumin, andrographis, boswellia, glucosamine, collagen type 2, fucoxanthin, astaxanthin, and Omega-3, quercetin, bromelain, theaflavin
6) avoidance of inflammation causing alcohol, sugar treats, added salt, sat and trans fats, ultraprocessed foods
7) 72oz water per day
8) lymphatic fluids buildup causing fluid inflammation on joints - combine coconut milk, grated lime peel and pineapple, toss in smoothie
9) prednisone and 8 hr tylenol for extreme flares

All the above has restored 75-80% of my ability after extreme prolonged flare dropped me flat post covid 5 years ago. Never give up!
