Propolis, from bees, is mostly a topical aid for skin wounds much like Manuka honey. It comes from bees. If psoriasis is a problem for you it might be worth a try. Like local honey, it might be helpful for seasonal allergies too.

Internally, strong antioxidants are the most helpful, especially if your inflammation is triggered by environmental pollutants/allergens. The most notable ones are curcumin from turmeric, theaflavin from tea, bromelain from pineapple, Omega-3 from fish oil. I list a few others on my wall if you want to look further.

Overall diet and nutrition can make a big impact on the severity of your disease activity. I wasn't a believer in that until i was forced into it by my body rejecting most of what i used to eat, and also by my body responding better to improvements by adding more antioxidant nutrition to my diet than it did to any of the 5 biolgics my Rheumatologist tried me on, all of which made my health significantly worse. You can find out more by reading my comments on my wall. Good luck to you. Reach out for more details anytime.😌🙏
